Yes. All flights are conducted under FAA Part 107 certification, with airspace authorization requested through LAANC where the property sits in controlled airspace.
Most of the tri-state area sits in controlled airspace. I file LAANC authorization ahead of the shoot, which is usually approved in minutes, and I will tell you upfront if a location needs a longer manual waiver.
The Signature package includes a commercial marketing license. For the other packages the footage is licensed for listing and social use, and a commercial license can be added.
